It can simultaneously measure up to 5 components: NOx, SO2, CO2, CO, and O2.

The use of interference compensation in the analyzing section virtually eliminates the effects of interference from other components. The SG700 features many functions including autocalibration, conversion to O2-based values, averaging, and high/low alarms. It is used for measuring and monitoring emissions from various types of boilers and waste incinerators.

Features

*

Simultaneously measure up to five gas components:

*

Minimize interaction between gases

*

Reliable zirconia oxygen analyzer

*

A wealth of functions, including self-diagnostic functions which enhance reliability

*

Wide dynamic range

IR200 Universal Infrared Gas Analyzer

The IR200 infrared gas analyzer is capable of measuring the concentrations of CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, NO and O2 components in sample gas. CO2, CO, CH4, SO2 and NO are measured by the non-dispersion infrared method (NDIR), while O2 is measured by the paramagnetic or zirconia method. A maximum of 4 components including O2 (max. 3 components except for O2 measurement) are simultaneously measurable.

A high-sensitivity mass flow sensor is adopted in the detection block for the infrared method. Due to use of a single beam system for measurement, maintenance is easy and excellent stability is ensured for a long period of time. In addition, a microprocessor is built in and a large-size liquid crystal display is provided for easier operation, higher accuracy and more functions.

This analyzer is thus optimum for combustion control of various industrial furnaces, botanical study and global atmospheric research.

Features

*

Simultaneous measurement of up to 4 components including O2 and 3 components selected from among CO2, CO, CH4, SO2, and NO.

*

A unique optics system minimizes drift particularly due to contamination of measurement cell, ensuring excellent long-term stability.

*

The dual cell type of transmission detector minimizes interference from other gas components.

*

Single beam system allows for simple measurement unit construction and requires no adjustment of optical balance, resulting in low maintenance.

*

Large LCD provides easy interactive operation.

*

Highly precise zero/span calibration and automatic calibration are available.
